If a video surveillance system is installed in your home, then at the moment when we receive an alarm from your home, the operator of SIA „Mega Sargs”, simultaneously with processing of the alarm signal received, may connect to your home video surveillance system and more quickly identify the reasons for alarm activation.

In this case, the alarm signal is processed faster, more conveniently and efficiently, because the operator is able to directly identify the reason why the alarm was activated and, if necessary, can immediately engage the necessary additional forces and call the relevant rescue services.
